Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can of course register it as a return within 14 days via the button below. Products must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging materials. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet the return conditions.
How do I register my order as a return?
To register your return, simply click the "Start your Return" button at the bottom of this page and follow the steps provided. After completing your return registration, you can send your package using the return label provided. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Please note that returns must be shipped within 14 days of registering your return request. Returns sent after this period can no longer be processed. The sender remains responsible for the shipment until it has been received by us. After your return has been received and approved during inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.Need assistance? Is a return at your own expense?
In order to keep the prices of our products as low as possible, it is not possible for us to reimburse the return costs for you. The return will therefore be made at your own expense.
Can I keep the free gifts when returning items?
Gifts can only be kept when the total order amount is still reached after returning items of your order. If you return your complete order, or the order amount to receive the gift is not reached, you have to return the free gift. If gifts are not returned, the original price of the gift will be redeemed from the refund.
Can I return my online order in store?
Yes, you are welcome to return your online order at one of our stores within 14 days of receiving your order. Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
