I’ve been taking Burnology D-Day from Foodology for about two weeks now, and I’m starting to notice an improvement in my hunger cues and appetite management. Whether it will directly influence weight loss or long-term weight management will probably become clearer after completing a full cycle.
As a personal note, since I had never used this type of product before, I decided to introduce it gradually by taking it only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, especially because it’s quite a concentrated supplement. So far, this approach has worked well for me.
Once I finish this box, I will definitely order it again and start taking it daily.
