1. Press and hold the power button to turn on device.
2. Briefly press the power button again to select intensity level (Level 1-5 available).
3. Press the power button twice to choose your desired LED mode.
IMPORTANT:
*Avoid using around the eyes or around the Adam's apple.
*Before use, it is recommended to remove all metal accessories and jewelry.
*Start slowly from the lowest setting and find the appropriate level while continuously using it.
