Salmon Caring Centella Toner

HEVEBLUE Salmon Caring Centella Toner contains 29.400ppm of salmon roe extract, 830,000ppm of centella asiatica extract full of active ingredients to make healthy and moisturizing skin, along with soothing sensitive skin. It is formulated with madecassoside for excellent soothing, and contains a high content of non-artificial ingredients and Portulaca Oleracea Extract to soothe irritated skin. 

This toner helps to soothe both inner and outer skin that is irritated from external environment. It contains PDRN which is an expensive ingredient that is not commonly found in cosmetic products. It also contains  a patented ingredient named EFFIPULP® for excellent moisturizing and helping with healthy skincare, a high content of salmon for moisturizing absorption and hyaluronic acids to create moisture protection barrier. The pH 5.5 formula helps with skin protection and keeps water-oil balance.
