1. Apply to a dry face and hands.
2. Gently massage over the face.
3. After emulsifying, rinse thoroughly.

Fast removal of sunscreen and makeup! The way I do it: 2 pumps, spread over hands and press hands all over face for a few seconds per area (longer over the eyes when wearing waterproof makeup) rub, emulsify by adding a bit of water and rub some more until it foams, rinse and then cleanse with a foam cleanser.
As someone who wears sunscreen and makeup a few times a week it last me a very long time!
