Not sure about the results as this is the first package, but the taste is good, not too sweet and ingredients are good enough for my sensitive stomach, easy to use and to bring to the office as a snack. Watch out for juice coming out of the package when you squeeze, might stain your clothes.

Has a nice taste and consistency. A little pricey but I guess that's normal.
