Parnell Glacial Biome Water No-Sebum Cushion is a sebum absorbing cushion that helps set makeup and create a matte complexion finish while offering hydration. It is formulated with 49% Parnell Glacial Biome™ ingredients like New Zealand Artesian Water, Glacial Clay and Pseudoalteromonas Ferment Extract to help deliver nutrients and hydration to skin. This cushion applies with a cooling sensation and delivers hydration to skin, yet transform into a powdery matte finish and absorb excess sebum on skin. Suitable for touchups or setting makeup. Completed skin irritation test.
